The project fits 2 ' mews' properties into an unpromising site to the rear of a shopping parade.
The scheme is designed to ensure that there is no overlooking into other neighbours properties. The ground floor of the building is also excavated by a half metre to reduce the overall massing of the scheme.
A sleeping balcony is held inside a double height volume to increase the sense of space within what is a very compact plan.
